  • Strong teamwork and communication skills

Why This Role:

  • Work alongside experienced ICU nurses
  • Be part of a high-quality, specialist package
  • Build a consistent relationship with one client
  • Develop advanced clinical care skills

Location & Driving:

Location: Oxford, OX2. Driving: Essential regular outings are part of the role. A full UK clean driving licence is required, and insurance is provided for use of the client's adapted vehicle.

Care Model:

  • 24/7 package
  • 2:1 care at all times: 1 x Critical Care RN, 1 x Complex HCA
  • You will be part of a small, consistent team, ensuring continuity and high standards of care.
