TLP Recruitment Southampton are currently recruiting experienced Class 2 (Category C) Drivers to support a range of well-established transport and logistics clients across Southampton and the surrounding areas.
We have a variety of ongoing driving opportunities available, including pallet distribution, general haulage, multidrop deliveries and commercial transport operations. Whether you're looking for long-term work or a route into a permanent role, we'd love to hear from you.
The Role
- Multi-drop deliveries and collections
- Pallet network deliveries
- Commercial deliveries to businesses and distribution centres
- General haulage work
- Using tail lifts and pump trucks where required
- Completing daily vehicle checks and defect reporting
- Delivering goods safely, efficiently and on time
- Providing a professional service to customers
What We're Looking For
- Valid Class 2 (Category C) Licence
- Driver CPC Qualification Card
- Digital Tachograph Card
- Previous Class 2 driving experience
- Multi-drop or pallet network experience advantageous
- Good understanding of Driver Hours and tachograph legislation
- Professional, reliable and customer-focused attitude
- Maximum 6 penalty points (No DR or IN endorsements)
