HGV Class 1 (C+E) Tramper Driver – Southampton £21 - 23.53ph | Weekly Pay | Ongoing Bookings | Immediate Starts Southampton Staff Co Direct is recruiting HGV Class 1 (C+E) Trampers for an ongoing opportunity based in Southampton.

This is a great chance to secure consistent Monday to Friday work, immediate starts, and competitive PAYE rates.

This role involves transporting cars between locations in a Class 1 vehicle.

A support vehicle will accompany the journey, and there is no unloading or handling of the cars , as all loading and unloading is carried out by full time staff.

  • Pay Rates (PAYE)
  • £21ph plus accrued holiday pay or, £23.53ph including holiday pay What the role involves You'll be transporting cars with start times typically between 06:00–07:00 , working Monday to Friday with Nights out.

Shifts are ongoing with weekly bookings available and immediate starts for the right candidates.

This is a straightforward driving role with no manual handling or vehicle loading/unloading required.

  • Our ideal candidate
  • Holds a valid UK HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence with a minimum of 12 months' experience
  • Has a valid CPC and Digital Tachograph card
  • Has no more than 6 penalty points (no DD, IN, or DR offences)

Staff Co Direct provides weekly pay, PPE, online driver portal access, pension scheme enrolment, ongoing support from a dedicated account team, and consistent long-term bookings.
