Quest Employment are currently recruiting for a Trainee Assembly Worker to join a company based in Southam, Warwickshire, specialising in the manufacture and assembly of commercial kitchen ventilation systems. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or develop a career in manufacturing and engineering. No previous experience is required as full training will be provided.
The ideal candidate will have a practical, hands-on approach, take pride in producing quality work and be keen to learn new skills.
The Role
- Assembling sheet metal components and ventilation systems
- Using hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Reading and following assembly drawings and instructions
- Checking completed work to ensure high quality standards
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment
- Working as part of a friendly and supportive team
Key Skills and Experience
