About the Role

As a Sushi Chef de Partie at Amazonico, you'll take pride in preparing high-quality sushi dishes with precision, creativity, and consistency. You'll work closely with our senior sushi chefs and wider kitchen team to deliver an exceptional dining experience for every guest.

You will:

  • Prepare and present sushi dishes to the highest standards, consistently and efficiently
  • Follow recipes and plating guidelines to ensure quality and consistency
  • Maintain a clean and organised sushi section at all times
  • Ensure all food safety and hygiene regulations are strictly followed
  • Support junior team members and contribute to a positive team atmosphere
  • Work closely with senior chefs to learn and grow your skills
  • Contribute ideas for menu development and seasonal specials

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience as a Sushi Chef in a premium or luxury hospitality venue
  • Strong knife skills and knowledge of sushi techniques and ingredients
