Prime Workforce is recruiting an experienced Restaurant Supervisor for a well-established restaurant in Central London.
This is a strong opportunity for an experienced supervisor, or a confident Head Waiter ready to step up , to join a professional front-of-house team in a quality-led Modern European restaurant.
The Role As Restaurant Supervisor, you will support the smooth day-to-day running of the restaurant, ensuring consistently high standards of service and guest experience.
Key responsibilities will include:
Supervising front-of-house service during busy shifts
Supporting the Restaurant Manager with daily operations
Leading and motivating waiting staff during service
Ensuring guests receive attentive, professional and efficient service
Managing table sections and coordinating service flow
Supporting opening and closing procedures
Handling guest queries and resolving issues professionally
Maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
Supporting staff training and development
Ensuring service standards and company procedures are followed
Working closely with the kitchen team to maintain smooth communication
Supporting stock, reservations and general restaurant operations where required
About You We would like to hear from candidates who have:
Previous experience as a Restaurant Supervisor, Senior Waiter or Head Waiter
Experience within a quality restaurant, premium dining or similar hospitality environment
Strong front-of-house and customer service skills
Confidence supervising and supporting a restaurant team
Good communication and organisational skills
A professional and personable approach
The ability to remain calm and organised during busy services
A genuine interest in progressing within hospitality
