Our client is looking for an experienced Residential Building Services Engineer to join their team at a high-end luxury residential development in London. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer looking to work within a prestigious residential environment and provide first-class engineering and maintenance services directly within luxury apartments.
You will be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across the apartments, ensuring building services systems are operating effectively and providing a high standard of service to residents and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across the residential apartments.
- Attend to maintenance issues and faults within the apartments in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain and troubleshoot building services systems, ensuring they operate efficiently and safely.
- Work across CIUs, HIUs, lighting control systems, underfloor heating systems and BMS systems.
- Maintain high standards of engineering, presentation and customer service at all times.
- Liaise directly with tenants and residents, providing a professional and client-focused service.
Requirements
- Electrical or mechanical engineering background.
- Relevant engineering qualification such as City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 is desirable.
- Experience carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance within a high-end residential or commercial environment.
- Strong working knowledge of CIUs, HIUs, lighting control systems, underfloor heating systems and BMS systems.
- Right to work in the UK.
