Our client is looking for a driven, customer facing Resident Services Manager to lead on front of house operations and resident services at a luxury residential development in West London.
Position: Resident Services Manager
Working Hours: 8:30am-5pm, Monday-Friday
Salary: £45,000 per annum
Location: West London
Aim of Post: To support the Estate Manager and the operational onsite team to include the Duty Managers, Concierge, Post Room Operatives, Security and Driver, with their day to day operational duties. The daily duties must be carried out ensuring positive first impressions and superior levels of customer service are met. Key Responsibilities: Lead by example, adopting company policies, procedures and values.

Take personal responsibility for understanding and following the companys Health & Safety policies and practices.
Able to handle confidential and sensitive information, dealing with issues and queries with utmost professionalism.
To maintain effective all-round control of the front of house team through delegation and co-ordination in addition to carrying out all regular concierge duties as required.
Overseeing all staff administration including uniform orders, staff inductions & other training, maintaining the annual rota, annual leave forms, overtime & return to work forms.
To liaise between the Estate Manager, Managing Agent, client and occupiers ensuring that the requirements of all parties are met in the operation of the development and services to include weekly walk-rounds with the client.
To ensure that the development is kept and maintained to the high standards expected by the landlord, residents and Managing Agent and to ensure that the property runs efficiently.
Assist with the management and administration for services supplied by contractors as directed by the Estate Manager and Property Manager.
Have a positive working relationship with the Facilities Manager, the onsite engineer team.
To prescriptively promote additional services to occupiers when appropriate by cultivating professional interactions with occupiers and having in depth knowledge of all services offered. The Residential Services Manager will train other concierge and post room operative staff to follow suit.
Previous experience working in a similar role within luxury residential developments or top five-star hotels is essential.
