What Youll Be Doing
- Manage commercial duties across a range of projects within the Home Counties region
- Produce accurate cost plans, valuations, forecasts and commercial reports
- Support procurement, subcontractor management and change control
- Work closely with project teams to ensure financial targets are achieved
- Contribute to 2-stage tenders and framework submissions
- Build strong relationships with clients, consultants and internal teams
- Ensure all commercial processes are followed in line with company standards

- Tier 1 main contractor experience (essential)
- Experience working on 2-stage projects (essential)
- Mixed-use project experience (essential)
- Additional experience in education, leisure, healthcare or life sciences is highly desirable
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of construction methodology
- Ability to manage your own workload and work independently
- HNC/Degree in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
