What you'll be doing
Leading from the front and being visible on the floor every day.
Building genuine relationships with guests and creating a real community feel.
Driving sales and making the most of the site's potential.
Overseeing both the bar and dining operation, ensuring a brilliant guest experience throughout.
Coaching and developing your Assistant Manager and Team Leaders.
Working closely with the Head Chef to deliver a consistently great offer.
Bringing the calendar to life with events, celebrations and local initiatives.

You're a people-first hospitality leader who loves being on the floor.
You have experience in a quality pub, restaurant or hospitality business with table service.
You're ready to step into your first General Manager role, or you're already leading a smaller site and want something with more opportunity.
