About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Workplace Manager to lead and inspire the delivery of Front of House, Cleaning, Porterage and Engineering services within a premium pharmaceutical headquarters. As our Workplace Manager, you will take ownership of the overall workplace experience, ensuring operational excellence, exceptional service delivery and strong client partnerships across the account. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, manage budgets and performance, maintain compliance standards and identify opportunities to continuously enhance the employee and visitor experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead a high-profile workplace operation, overseeing Front of House, Cleaning, Porterage and Engineering services.
- Build trusted client relationships, acting as the key contact and driving an exceptional workplace experience.
- Inspire and develop high-performing teams, creating a culture of engagement, wellbeing and excellence.
- Drive operational and commercial success, ensuring compliance, managing budgets and delivering continuous improvement and innovation.
