We are partnering with a leading business operating across the Media Infrastructure and Real Estate sectors to recruit an Acquisitions Coordinator. With a growing UK portfolio and an active investment strategy, the organisation continues to identify and secure opportunities that support its long-term expansion plans.

Reporting to the Head of Acquisitions, the Acquisitions Coordinator will support the progression of acquisition opportunities across the UK from initial enquiry through to completion. Working closely with an experienced acquisitions professional, you will help ensure deals progress efficiently, key relationships are maintained and internal systems remain up to date.

This role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in property acquisitions while gaining exposure to a broad range of transactions and stakeholders. You will work closely with landlords, agents, solicitors and internal teams, helping to drive acquisition activity and develop a strong understanding of the acquisitions process.

Responsibilities include:

  • Creating and managing deal packs.
  • Preparing lease and freehold documentation.
  • Maintaining and updating the CRM.
  • Coordinating meetings, site visits and stakeholder communications.
  • Liaising with landlords, agents, solicitors and internal teams.
  • Supporting conveyancing activities through to completion.
  • Assisting with due diligence and acquisition administration.
