As a Freezer Warehouse Operative, you will be part of a specialist team working in a high-performing freezer environment at temperatures as low as -25C. Your safety and comfort come first, and we provide full thermal protective gear to keep you warm throughout your shift. What We're Looking For
- No warehouse experience needed, just bring a positive attitude.
- You must be 18 or over.
- You must be able to handle meat and alcohol.
- You must be within reasonable commute time from the site using your method of transport.
- For your safety and the safety of others, you must be able to understand and follow health & safety briefings and operational instructions.
Available Day Roles
- Day Shift: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM (4 days on, 3 days off)
- Night Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM (4 nights on, 3 nights off)
Pay & Premiums
- Starting salary: £12.84 per hour (base pay shown, freezer premium added separately)
- Freezer premium: + £1.00 per hour
- Night shift premium: + £2.67 per hour (12 AM - 6 AM)
- Overtime paid at 1.25x basic rate.
- Core roster: Know your work schedule 13 weeks in advance, helping you plan life outside of work.
- Additional earning potential is available through our target-based incentive scheme, with higher performers receiving additional hourly premiums.
