Working closely with leading architects, interior designers and main contractors, they produce bespoke, high-quality craftsmanship for royal palaces, luxury private residences, five-star hotels and high-end commercial developments. In this role, you will manage high-value commercial projects from initial order through to final account, overseeing both the operational and commercial delivery of specialist interior projects. You will work closely with clients, contractors, site teams and internal departments to ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme and within budget. You will also take ownership of project finances, including valuations, variations, cost reporting and forecasting, using advanced Excel calculations to support commercial decision-making.
This role would suit a Project Manager with construction experience looking to take ownership of prestigious commercial projects while joining a specialist contractor offering excellent progression, training and long-term earning potential.
The Role:- Manage high-end commercial, residential and heritage projects valued between £100k - £1.5m across London and the South East
- Oversee projects from order stage through to completion and final account
- Manage project costs including valuations, variations, invoicing and financial reporting
- Use Excel formulas and reporting tools to analyse project performance and support commercial decisions
- Coordinate subcontractors, site teams, clients and suppliers to ensure successful project delivery
- Maintain high standards of quality, programme control and client satisfaction
- Receive ongoing professional development, including SMSTS training
- Project Management experience within commercial construction
- Strong Excel calculation and reporting skills
- Commercially aware with experience managing project costs and variations
- Experience delivering projects within commercial, residential or heritage environments
- Full UK driving licence
- Commutable to Croydon and happy to travel across London
