As a Physiotherapist, you will: Provide physiotherapy to residents with neurological, musculoskeletal and complex conditions .
Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualised physiotherapy interventions using evidence-based practice.
Support residents in achieving personalised rehabilitation goals and maximising independence.
Work with individuals with complex neurological conditions and varying levels of physical ability.
Collaborate closely with the multidisciplinary team, sharing information and contributing to case discussions and care planning.
Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adapting treatment programmes as required.
Maintain accurate clinical records and work in accordance with professional and clinical standards.
Contribute to the ongoing development of the therapy service.

The ideal Physiotherapist will: Be a qualified and HCPC-registered Physiotherapist .
