Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality care and learning experiences for children aged 05 years.
Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework .
Observe, assess, and record children's learning and development.
Support children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
Create a safe, stimulating, inclusive, and nurturing environment.
Build positive relationships with children, parents, carers, and colleagues.
Support children's individual learning and development needs.
Work collaboratively with the wider Early Years team.
Follow safeguarding, health & safety, and setting policies at all times.
Requirements A relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education and Childcare, or an equivalent recognised qualification, is essential.
Previous experience working in an early years, nursery, pre-school, or childcare setting.
Good knowledge and understanding of the EYFS framework and child development.
A caring, patient, enthusiastic, and professional approach.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
An enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.
Level 3 qualification is a strict requirement for this role. Candidates must hold a relevant Level 3 Early Years/Childcare qualification or recognised equivalent.
