Bench Joiner / Cabinet Maker Bespoke Joinery
Were recruiting on behalf of an established bespoke joinery and furniture manufacturer looking for an experienced Bench Joiner to join their workshop team.
The role will involve manufacturing, assembling and finishing high-quality bespoke joinery and furniture from technical drawings, working across both residential and commercial projects.
The Role
Manufacture and assemble bespoke joinery from production drawings and specifications.
Work on items including cabinets, furniture, doors, wardrobes, wall panelling, reception desks and other bespoke joinery peices.
Carry out dry fitting prior to final assembly.
Fit hinges, drawer systems, runners, locks, handles and specialist ironmongery.
Carry out trimming, fitting, sanding and preparation work.
Use hand tools, power tools and workshop machinery safely.
Check finished work against drawings and required quality standards.
Work closely with CNC and machining teams where required.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Bench Joiner / Cabinet Maker .
Strong experience producing bespoke joinery, cabinetry or furniture.
Confident reading and working from technical and manufacturing drawings.
Good knowledge of joinery construction and assembly methods.
Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work.
Comfortable working independently and as part of a busy workshop team.
