We are urgently seeking an experienced Bookkeeper with strong, up-to-date practice experience. This is a varied and hands-on role where you will take ownership of core bookkeeping duties and support the smooth running of a busy office.
Key Responsibilities
Purchase Ledger, Sales Ledger and Nominal Ledger management
Payroll processing
Bank reconciliations and Nominal Ledger reconciliations
Supporting with admin and general office duties
Assisting with Tax computations and P11Ds (advantageous)
About You
Must have experience working within an accountancy practice
Strong understanding of double-entry bookkeeping
Able to complete reconciliations independently and accurately
Confident using accounting software and Excel
Knowledge of preparing Tax computations and P11Ds is preferred
Reliable, organised and able to manage a varied workload
