Working within a Hard Facilities Management (Hard FM) and Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) environment, you will support the delivery of complex technical services solutions, ensuring pricing strategies are commercially robust, accurate and aligned with client requirements.

The Role:

As Senior Estimator, you will take ownership of the estimating and tender process, working closely with Sales, Business Development, Operations and Commercial teams to develop high-quality proposals that support business objectives. • Support bid/no-bid decisions, contract handovers and commercial discussions by providing detailed cost analysis and risk assessments.
  • Maintain accurate estimating records, forecasts and CRM data while ensuring all work complies with company procedures, industry standards and contractual requirements.

About You:

We are looking for a commercially driven and detail-focused Senior Estimator with strong technical knowledge and experience within Hard FM, M&E or related building services environments. You will have excellent analytical skills, the ability to manage complex tenders and the confidence to influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience mentoring, supporting or leading estimating teams.
  • Proficient using Microsoft Excel, Word and estimating software.

Desirable Experience:

  • Background within Facilities Management, commercial buildings or technical services.
