Responsibilities
Developing existing client accounts
Business development and winning new clients
Recruiting and interviewing candidates
Filling industrial and driving vacancies
Managing bookings, compliance, and candidate availability
Building strong relationships with clients and workers
Maintaining excellent customer service standards
Requirements
Minimum 2 years recruitment experience essential
Ideally experienced within industrial and driving recruitment
Strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Confident telephone manner and sales ability
Full UK driving licence and own vehicle advantageous
