Looking for more than just another job? We are looking for confident, motivated individuals who want the opportunity to develop valuable business and sales skills while building an income that isn't limited by an hourly wage. No previous sales experience? No problem. We provide comprehensive coaching, ongoing mentoring and a supportive team environment to help you develop from complete beginner to an independent, high-performing sales professional.

If you're ambitious, enjoy meeting people and want to be rewarded based on your performance rather than your time, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Opportunity

This is a self-employed, commission-only position representing well-known UK brands through face-to-face customer acquisition. You'll be speaking with customers in residential areas, introducing reputable products and services, answering questions and helping customers sign up where appropriate. While this role involves direct customer interaction, it's much more than simply making sales. You'll receive ongoing coaching in communication, confidence, leadership and business development from experienced mentors who have progressed through the same opportunity.

What Makes Us Different?

Unlike many traditional workplaces, progression here isn't based on seniority or waiting for vacancies. Your development is based on your attitude, performance and willingness to learn. Everyone starts with the same opportunity and receives the same support, regardless of previous experience. Whether you're looking to improve your confidence, develop professional skills or build a long-term income, you'll have access to coaching designed to help you achieve your goals.

What We Offer

  • Full product and sales training from experienced coaches
  • Ongoing mentoring and personal development
  • Flexible working schedule
  • Performance-based earnings with no earning cap
  • Positive, energetic and supportive team culture
  • Clear development opportunities based on merit rather than time served
  • Opportunity to represent recognised UK brands

Who We're Looking For

You'll be a good fit if you are:

  • 18 years or older
  • Confident or willing to build your confidence
  • Positive with a strong work ethic
  • Comfortable speaking with new people
  • Coachable and eager to learn
  • Goal-driven and self-motivated
  • Looking for flexibility and performance-based earning potential

No previous experience is necessary. We value attitude, reliability and willingness to learn above previous sales experience.

Important Information

This is a self-employed opportunity. Earnings are 100% commission-based with uncapped potential. Full training is provided before you begin. Applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK on a basis that permits self-employment. Unfortunately, this opportunity is not suitable for applicants under 18 or those whose visa conditions do not permit self-employment.

Our Recruitment Process

Successful applicants will first be invited to a short introductory Zoom information session where you'll learn more about the opportunity, how the earnings structure works, the training provided and have the chance to ask any questions before deciding whether you'd like to continue. If you're looking for a role where your income and progression are based on your effort rather than your time served, we'd love to hear from you.
