Provide specialist commissioning services for Building Management Systems (BMS) on commercial and industrial projects from system energisation through to client handover.

BMS Commissioning Engineer Slough 6 month initial contract Outside IR35 Key Responsibilities Commission BMS control systems, controllers, networks and field devices.

Perform point-to-point testing, I/O checks, functional testing and cause-and-effect verification.

Commission HVAC plant including AHUs, boilers, chillers, FCUs, VAV systems, pumps and associated equipment.

Modify and optimise BMS software to meet project specifications.

Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and communication faults.

Produce commissioning documentation and test records.

Support client demonstrations, witness testing and project handover.

Liaise with project managers, M&E contractors and end users to ensure successful project delivery.

Core Skills Commissioning and fault-finding of BMS control systems.

Strong HVAC controls knowledge.

Interpretation of electrical schematics and control drawings.

Experience with Trend, Siemens, Schneider, Tridium, Honeywell and BACnet/Modbus systems.

Ability to work independently across multiple sites while maintaining high quality and health & safety standards.
