I'm currently recruiting for an Area General Manager to join a leading Building Services and Facilities Management provider, overseeing a portfolio of prestigious commercial contracts across London.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced operational leader to take full responsibility for multiple contracts, ensuring exceptional service delivery, commercial performance, client satisfaction, and the leadership of a large engineering and management team.

Proven experience managing multiple Building Services or Hard FM contracts within a senior leadership role
? ?
Strong commercial acumen with responsibility for P&L, budgets, forecasting and contract profitability
? ?
Experience leading Contract Managers, Engineering Managers and large multi-disciplinary teams
? ?
Excellent client relationship management skills with a track record of retaining and growing key accounts
? ?
Strong understanding of statutory compliance, health & safety, and technical building services
? ?
Ability to drive operational excellence, continuous improvement and business growth across a multi-site portfolio
? ?
Electrical, Mechanical or Building Services background with relevant technical qualifications desirable
