This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and people-focused individual to play a key role in supporting HR processes, onboarding, recruitment coordination, payroll administration, and employee engagement within a rewarding care environment.

Responsibilities as a People Support Administrator:

  • Manage onboarding processes, ensuring employee records & compliance documentation
  • Support payroll administration, workforce systems, rota processes, and reporting.
  • Assist with recruitment coordination, employee relations administration, training support, and maintaining accurate HR records.

Requirements as a People Support Administrator:

  • Minimum 2 years administration experience, ideally within HR, recruitment, training, or a people-focused environment.
  • CIPD Level 3 qualification (or working towards) (desirable)
