Responsibilities as an Activities Coordinator:

  • Plan and deliver meaningful, person-centred activities to support residents wellbeing and quality of life
  • Create engaging activity plans tailored to residents interests, needs and abilities
  • Provide companionship and one-to-one support for residents requiring additional support
  • Support residents living with dementia through appropriate activities and engagement techniques

Requirements as an Activities Coordinator:

  • Minimum 2 years experience delivering activities within a care home or similar environment
  • NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care or Activities, or willingness to work towards this
