This role offers an excellent short-term opportunity for a highly organised individual with previous Senior Administration / PA / Events & Projects experience to join a customer-focused environment, supporting a busy Director.
About the Role:
- Diary management - both internal and external meetings and commitments
- Supporting the Director with administration relating to charities, commercial business/property management, and rural estates projects
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to push projects forward, support with analysis and reports, and update everyone
- Draft and prepare MS Word documents such as reports, presentations, papers, and briefing materials
- Preparing pre-meeting briefings, and attending and taking meeting minutes to circulate
- Fast-paced and varied role
Experience required:
- Proven experience in a Senior Admin role, ideally supporting a Director, or PA/EA experience
- Strong MS Office skills across all systems
- Highly organised and able to prioritise time and task management
- Strong communication skills
The office is in a rural location without local transport links.
