An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Lincolnshire Recovery Partnership Substance Use Services as a Criminal Justice Recovery Worker in Skegness. Within the role, you will focus on partnership working with Lincolnshire Probation and Police to engage those within the Criminal Justice system who require support to access drug and alcohol services.

Role ResponsibilityAs a Criminal Justice Recovery Worker, you will work flexibly across Lincolnshire Recovery Partnership supporting individuals who are arrested for drug and alcohol related offending and deliver brief interventions to engage them into treatment. You will also be the lead Recovery Worker for our Out of Court Disposals, delivering between one and six sessions predominantly in groups (including online groups) aiming to prevent escalation in substance use and offending.
Day-to-day, you will work alongside an Advanced Practitioner, another Recovery Worker, and an administrator under the guidance of our Criminal Justice Team Manager and Team Leader. You will also work closely with Police, local prisons, and NHS Liaison and Diversion colleagues within the custody suites.
Please note, this role is co-located at LRPs Skegness Hub and Lincoln Probation office.
