  • Sunday to Wednesday or Wednesday to Saturday Shift Patterns
  • 6:00pm - 4:30am £16.63 p/h
  • 8:00pm - 6:30am £16.88 p/h

Omnia Resourcing is excited to be recruiting for a brand-new warehouse site in Sittingbourne. We are currently recruiting for a Team Leader to support and drive performance within a fast-paced warehouse environment. This is a key leadership role focused on managing teams, maintaining productivity, and ensuring operational excellence across the shift.

Purpose of the Role: To lead and support a team of warehouse operatives, ensuring daily targets are achieved while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading, motivating, and supervising a team of warehouse operatives
  • Driving productivity and ensuring daily KPIs and targets are met
  • Monitoring workflow and allocating tasks effectively across the team
  • Supporting training and development of team members
  • Ensuring all health and safety procedures are followed at all times
  • Conducting team briefings and providing regular performance feedback
  • Working closely with management to resolve operational issues
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting on shift performance
  • Ensuring quality standards and operational procedures are consistently met
  • Supporting a positive and productive team environment

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a Team Leader or Supervisory role within a warehouse environment
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Flexible and reliable approach to work
  • Good IT skills and understanding of warehouse systems
  • Own transport required due to location
