As Service Desk Analyst, you will be part of a high performing team providing an efficient, friendly and responsive service to internal and external customers.

What you'll do:

  • Receive and respond to requests for support by following documented procedures.
  • Provide information to enable resolution or promptly allocate unresolved calls as appropriate.
  • Maintain accurate records of actions taken.
  • Provide First Line Technology support for the whole organisation including supporting staff, board committee members and external suppliers.

What you'll need:

  • Experience of working with Office365 software.
  • Experience in Customer Service or similar role.
  • Ability to work well independently, under pressure and in line with our SLAs.
  • Experience in complex problem solving, and identifying when to escalate queries.

The role is hybrid with a minimum of 3 days in the office. Due to the location of our Sittingbourne office, we advise that you will require a full UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle to get to work.
