Fixed-Term Secondment until 15 th January 2027
The role
Southern Housing is now looking for a talented individual to join us as an Operational Support Advisor in our Customer Transactions department on a secondment basis until the 15th January 2027.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is keen on leading and delivering a high-quality support service and a successful and compliant service for the Operations Directorate. Our ideal candidate will be a great communicator with strong analytical skills as well as the ability to collaborate with internal colleagues and external stakeholders.
Reporting to the Operational Support Team Manager, you will provide a customer-focused responsive service by maximising early resolution of issues, ensuring a more succinct and positive customer experience. You will minimise further problems and always keep customers updated.
This is a hybrid position working out of our Sittingbourne, Hastings, Croydon or FarringdonOffice

WHAT YOU NEED:
Ability to adhere to regulatory and legislative requirements.
Aptitude for investigating issues and applying best practice.
Ability to identify process improvements to enhance the customer journey.
A proven track record of delivering a successful customer-focussed service.
Excellent customer service skills, communication being key (written and oral)
Strong desire to support other teams and delivering a one team approach.
Ability to manage change effectively, understanding the needs and benefits for change and playing an active role in delivering successful change.
Excellent administrative, numerical, and organisational skills
