We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Parts Advisor to join a busy main dealership in Sidcup. This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service and organisational skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and building relationships with both retail and trade customers.

Role:
- Assist retail and trade customers with parts enquiries in person and over the phone
- Process orders accurately and recommend suitable parts and products
- Build relationships with trade customers and promote additional products and services
- Receive, check and allocate incoming stock
- Maintain accurate records using internal systems
- Work closely with suppliers and the workshop to ensure efficient parts supply
- Deliver excellent customer service while supporting departmental sales targets
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Parts Advisor or in an automotive customer service/sales role
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment
- Good IT skills, including experience with Microsoft Office and web-based systems
- Customer-focused with a proactive approach
- Full UK Driving Licence required
