Hawkfield Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced Service Advisor on behalf of a highly successful, family-owned main dealership based in the Shrewsbury area. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established dealership with an outstanding reputation for customer service and exceptional staff retention. You'll be joining a busy and supportive Aftersales team where no two days are the same.
The Role:
As a Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring they receive an exceptional level of service throughout their journey. Working within a fast-paced Aftersales Department, you'll be responsible for managing customer bookings, liaising with the workshop, and keeping customers updated on the progress of their vehicles.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous Service Advisor experience within a main dealership.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- A confident and professional telephone and face-to-face manner.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop.
- A team-focused approach with the confidence to ask for support when needed.
- A genuine passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience.
