We're recruiting for a Media & Events Sales Manager to join an established specialist business serving the construction, engineering and manufacturing sectors.

This is a varied commercial sales role where you'll manage a portfolio of advertising, exhibition and sponsorship opportunities within your own dedicated market.

You'll work with manufacturers, suppliers and industry-leading businesses, helping them promote their products and services through a range of established publications, events and digital marketing solutions.

You'll inherit an existing customer base with plenty of repeat business, while also identifying and developing new commercial opportunities within your sector.

The Role

Sell advertising, exhibition and sponsorship packages across a specialist B2B portfolio.

Manage and grow relationships with existing customers.

Identify and win new business opportunities.

Produce tailored commercial proposals and negotiate deals.

About You

You'll already have experience in a B2B sales environment and enjoy speaking with customers, uncovering opportunities and closing business.

You don't necessarily need media or exhibition sales experience-we're open to candidates from a range of consultative B2B sales backgrounds.

We're looking for someone who is: Commercially minded and target driven.

Confident making outbound calls and developing new business.

Organised with strong attention to detail.

Comfortable managing multiple opportunities simultaneously.

A team player with a proactive, 'get things done' attitude.

IT literate and confident using CRM systems.
