The Opportunity

In this vital role, you will be key to ensuring our Dry Silo Mortar (DSM) equipment and silos are maintained, safely prepared, and ready to support high-profile customer sites.

You will oversee preventative maintenance, perform essential repairs and plant builds, and handle the safe delivery and collection of site silos. Joining Holcim means stepping into an engaging workplace where safety, continuous improvement, and teamwork are at the heart of everything we do.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular preventative checks and carry out maintenance plans across plants, structures, and silos.
  • Complete full silo builds within the maintenance yard prior to delivery.
  • Safely manage the lifting, loading, transport, and site placement of silos to customer locations.
  • Troubleshoot breakdowns, implement efficient solutions, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain active communication with operational management, production teams, and external customers.
  • Uphold the highest health, safety, and environmental standards, ensuring risk assessments and safe working practices are strictly followed.
