This is a unique, collaborative role where you will work directly alongside an established Warehouse Supervisor to co-manage, oversee, and coordinate daily warehousing activities.

Key Responsibilities Lead, motivate, and train warehouse operatives to meet daily productivity goals.
Manage all stock across the warehouse, containers, and external yards.
Ensure all goods-in and goods-out processes are followed strictly for quality control.
Drive a 3.5t Luton Van to handle stock transit between different business sites.
Maintain a clean, safe, and tidy yard and warehouse space.
Conduct regular stock audits and suggest procedural updates to boost daily efficiency.
Report operational performance back to management as a Warehouse Supervisor .
What We Are Looking For A solid track record in a supervisor, team leader, or senior role in logistics.
A valid UK driving licence and a Counterbalance Forklift Licence.
Good computer literacy, including experience with MS Office and stock software.
Experience handling basic HR activities like appraisals and performance reviews.
Physical fitness to confidently handle and move heavy warehouse stock items.
Great communication skills to confidently mentor and coordinate staff.
