We are looking to welcome caring Support Worker to our dedicated team at our supported living service for adults with learning disabilities in Intake, Sheffield.
As a Support Worker, you will play a key role in enabling the people we support to live fulfilling and meaningful lives. The role will involve identifying opportunities for people to get involved in the local community, as well as engage in their passions. No two days will be the same, as the people we support enjoy a variety of hobbies, including football, arts & crafts, and knitting.
Other Support Worker responsibilities will include:
Support people to develop skills and confidence in areas such as budgeting, meal planning, shopping and laundry.
Providing personal care and medication support
Giving practical and emotional support with day to day living
Assistance with moving and handling

We are offering both full-time and part-time hours for this role. Hours are to be worked flexibly on a rota; including evenings, weekends, nights and public holidays according to the needs of the service
