Key Responsibilities as a Supply Teacher:- Deliver engaging and effective lessons across Early Years, Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2.
- Follow school planning where provided and adapt lessons to meet the needs of the class.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
- Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
- Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents where appropriate.
- Ensure continuity of learning during staff absences.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
- Experience teaching within a primary school setting, including Early Years, Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2.
