WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR (DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU?): ??
Level 3 TA qualified -or with substantial equivalent experience in education, childcare, or health settings. ??
Proven SEN experience -whether in schools, residential care, or community programmes.
You've seen the challenges, and you rise to them. ??
Skilled in differentiation, visual supports, and assistive tech -you know the tools and when to use them. ??
Patient, adaptable, and solution-focused -with the communication skills to build trust with pupils, staff, and families alike. ??
DBS-ready -an active Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willing to obtain one fast. ??
Reference-perfect -with two recent, strong professional references.
