Software Engineer - South Yorkshire - up to £40,000 + Benefits - Ref 2042 I am currently recruiting for a Software Engineer to work for a leading engineering organisation based in South Yorkshire.

Salary up to £40,000 + Benefits.

This leading organisation has a rich history spanning over seven decades and they enjoy global acclaim as pioneers in designing and manufacturing their specialised products which ultimately make them market leaders.

Their products serve a diverse array of industries and they collaborate with SMEs to multi-national Blue Chips across the world.

To support the growth of the business they've created a completely new role and now have the need to appoint a Software Engineer on a permanent basis.

In this role as a Software Engineer, you will be responsible for developing a range of Software for various applications across the business, but the primary focus will be developing a brand new platform for their products which will enable them to offer greater user experience.

You will be developing in Python and/or C++ and also Javascript, Typescript and Node.

JS as the core languages.

There may be some low level firmware development from time to time if this appeals.

Essential requirements: Previous experience as a Software Engineer, Software Developer or similar Experience with Python or C++ Experience with Javascript, Typescript or Node.

JS Desirable

Requirements: MQTT Embedded C This is a fantastic opportunity for a Software Engineer to work for a leader within their field where the work is continuously varied keeping you engaged and challenged.
