Hours: 9.00am - 5.15pm, Monday to Friday
The Residential Conveyancer Role
Joining the Sheffield Residential Property team, you will take responsibility for your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters and provide clients with clear, practical advice throughout their transaction. Your work will include:
- Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload independently
- Handling a varied range of residential property transactions
- Providing clear and practical advice to clients
- Maintaining excellent standards of client care and communication
- Managing your own files with minimal supervision
- Working closely with support staff and colleagues
- Contributing to overall team performance and service delivery
The emphasis is on providing an excellent service to clients while working within a supportive team structure and manageable caseload environment.

You should be:

- Organised and able to manage your own workload effectively
- Collaborative and comfortable working with support staff and colleagues
