The Opportunity As an Engineering & Manufacturing Recruitment Consultant, you will work with a diverse client portfolio across a range of industries, including: Defence Aerospace Nuclear Automotive Pharmaceutical FMCG Aviation Oil & Gas Electronics Renewable Energy Your role will involve partnering with both employers and jobseekers, understanding recruitment requirements, and matching talented professionals with exciting career opportunities.
This is a rewarding sales and consultancy role where you will effectively manage your own desk as a business within a business.

Key Responsibilities Develop and manage relationships with new and existing clients.
Identify recruitment opportunities within engineering and manufacturing businesses.
Source, interview, and assess candidates.

Conduct business development activities, including sales calls and client meetings.
