This is a part-time term-time role working 29.6 hours across 40 weeks. The salary range will be pro-rata'd to reflect the hours and weeks worked. This is a temporary maternity cover role due to end on May 2027, or when the original post holder returns to work.
As a Personal Tutor you will play a pivotal role in supporting our ambitions to provide all students with the best possible experience at the College. This role will help improve outcomes for all academy students through formal 121s and other pastoral interventions, participation and satisfaction rates and maintaining positive destinations of students, including through internal progression and UCAS applications.
You will be responsible for increasing the breadth of SHAPE (Staying Safe, Health and Well-being, Active Citizenship, Progression and Careers and Equality Matters). You will be required to improve outcomes for all academy students through formal 121s and other pastoral interventions, focusing on those with protected characteristics and in priority groups.
As the successful candidate, you will be offered a salary of between £33,824 - £38,026 per annum (this will be pro-rata'd to reflect the hours and weeks worked) based upon a combination of the skills, knowledge and experience that you can bring to the role.
