Taylor Stevenson are acting as an employment business on behalf of our client in Barnsley.
We are currently looking for Class 2 Tipper drivers who are willing to work away throughout the week. The successful candidates will be with us for 12 weeks and will go permanent with the client after this period.
Candidates must be willing to work away from home where you will be put up in a hotel with all necessary living facilities. The client provides transport to and from the site that you will be working on, including back and forth from the hotel. The candidate will be collecting and delivering aggregate materials to sites and disposing of them at local quarry sites.
Pay Rates:
Monday - Friday - £17ph PAYE
Monday - Friday - £19.50ph CIS
£25 night out.
Working hours/Days:
Monday – Friday 04:00-06:00 starts.
Shift lengths usually 10-12 hours per day.
Requirements:
· Held a HGV Class 2 licence for a minimum of 1 year
· No more than 6 points on your licence
· Willing to work away from home
· Previous experience driving Tipper wagons (preferred)
