We are seeking a commercially focused Head of Sales & Marketing to lead the delivery of our divisional sales and marketing approach, aligned to wider business strategy. This role is focused on driving performance through consistent frameworks, strong governance, and capability building across all regions. Working through influence rather than direct line management, you will enable Regional Sales Directors and Marketing Managers to deliver high-quality, locally responsive results within a clear divisional framework. You will play a key leadership role in improving commercial performance, customer experience, and operational consistency, while providing insight and recommendations to the Divisional Chair and senior leadership team.

- Monitor performance, using insight to identify improvements and opportunities

About You
- Significant experience in a senior sales and marketing role within a multi-site or regional environment
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of improving performance
- Experience implementing frameworks and driving consistency across dispersed teams
- Strong understanding of marketing, CRM, and customer journey management
- Data-driven, with the ability to turn insight into action
- Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills
