    • Producing and maintaining high-quality technical documentation, support artefacts and solution records.
    • Supporting programme readiness, cutover activities and successful go-live execution.
    • Enabling smooth service transition and knowledge transfer into BAU support teams.
    • Managing risks, issues, dependencies and progress reporting through programme governance.

What We're Looking For

You'll be a technically credible individual with strong stakeholder management skills and a proven track record of delivering complex enterprise systems change. You'll bring:

  • Experience coordinating suppliers, system integrators, developers, analysts and technical specialists.
  • A structured approach to governance, traceability, risk management and quality assurance.
  • Excellent communication skills with the confidence to influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting testing, deployment, service transition and operational readiness activities.
