Help Shape the Future of Our Business

We're looking for an experienced Business Process Lead to play a key role in Project Falcon, our enterprise-wide transformation programme. This is a unique opportunity to influence how our organisation operates for years to come. Working at the heart of the programme, you'll define and govern the business process standards that underpin the transformation programme, ensuring consistency, quality and alignment across multiple workstreams. You'll collaborate with business leaders, SMEs, IT teams and implementation partners to design robust, scalable end-to-end processes that enable successful delivery and long-term business value.

If you're passionate about process excellence, transformation and turning complex requirements into practical business solutions, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

As the Business Process Lead, you'll be responsible for establishing and maintaining the process framework that guides our transformation journey. Key responsibilities include:

  • Defining and governing the business process framework, standards and lifecycle controls across Project Falcon.
  • Developing and maintaining process modelling standards, templates, naming conventions, taxonomies and governance controls.
  • Managing the process repository, ensuring clear ownership, version control, traceability and accessibility.
  • Partnering with Process Owners, Workstream Leads and SMEs to create detailed end-to-end process designs.
  • Ensuring process designs clearly capture system interactions, business rules, controls, data dependencies, exceptions and hand-offs.
  • Reviewing and assuring process artefacts for quality, consistency and implementation readiness.
  • Translating process designs into inputs for functional specifications, configuration decisions and testing activities.
  • Validating prototypes and configured SAP solutions against approved process requirements.
  • Representing process design and integration considerations within Design Authority and governance forums.
  • Maintaining clear records of design decisions, exceptions and change impacts.
  • Supporting defect analysis and issue resolution across workstreams.
  • Ensuring end-to-end process designs provide sufficient evidence for business acceptance and successful implementation.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who combines strong process management expertise with the ability to influence stakeholders across a complex transformation environment. You'll ideally bring:

  • Significant experience in business process management within large-scale ERP, enterprise systems or transformation programmes.
  • Experience supporting or leading SAP S/4HANA, ERP or digital transformation initiatives would be an advantage.
  • Extensive process modelling expertise and experience implementing process governance frameworks.
  • A track record of creating detailed process designs covering controls, systems, data flows, integrations and operational hand-offs.
  • Experience managing process repositories, metadata, ownership and version control.
  • Ability to translate business process requirements into configuration, functional design and test scenarios.
  • Demonstrable stakeholder management skills with the confidence to challenge constructively and influence outcomes.
  • Experience working across business, technology, data, testing and implementation teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

What Makes You Successful

You are:

  • Methodical and detail-focused
  • An excellent communicator who can simplify complexity
  • Collaborative and comfortable working across diverse stakeholder groups
  • Pragmatic, balancing governance with delivery needs
  • Influential without relying on formal authority
  • Curious and continuously seeking opportunities to improve processes
  • Accountable, transparent and focused on quality outcomes

Qualifications & Experience

Degree-qualified in Business, Operations, Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience. Certifications in Business Process Management, Process Modelling, Business Analysis, Lean Six Sigma, Quality Management or Testing are desirable. Experience within manufacturing, logistics, construction materials or other operationally complex environments would be advantageous.
