Fleet Administrator | Temp-to-Perm | Shaftesbury | £27,976 per annum We are currently recruiting for a Fleet Administrator to join a busy and supportive team in Shaftesbury on a temp-to-perm basis.

Salary: £27,976 per annum This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Main Duties & Responsibilities Maintaining the vehicle database, including driver details, maintenance schedules, mileage, and costs.

Ensuring fleet compliance, including road tax, MOTs, and insurance.

Scheduling preventative maintenance and repairs to minimise vehicle downtime.

Managing accidents and breakdowns.

Liaising with drivers, garages, and suppliers.

Issuing fuel cards and managing fuel card transactions and invoices.

Calculating mileage payments and deductions.

Producing a variety of fleet reports.

Undertaking other duties relevant to the role as required.

Essential Skills & Experience Strong computer literacy.

Accurate data entry skills.

Excellent attention to detail.

Ability to work to strict deadlines.

Confident and professional telephone manner.

Desirable Experience using the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
