We are looking for an experienced Fire & Security Service Engineer to join our successful team covering Cirencester and the surrounding areas.

The Opportunity This is an exciting opportunity to join a respected and growing business where you will play a key role in maintaining and servicing a wide range of Fire & Security systems.

You will be trusted to deliver exceptional service, build strong customer relationships and represent our business professionally on site.

Key Responsibilities Service, maintain and repair Fire Alarm, CCTV, Intruder Alarm and Access Control systems.

Diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs.

Complete planned preventative maintenance visits.

Respond to reactive call-outs and emergency breakdowns.

Complete accurate service reports and compliance documentation.

Provide technical advice and excellent customer service.

Ensure systems remain compliant with relevant standards and regulations.

Systems Experience

Fire: Advanced, Kentec, Apollo, Hochiki.

Security: Texecom, Paxton, Hanwha, Dahua and similar platforms.

What We Are Looking For Previous Fire & Security service experience.

Strong fault-finding and diagnostic ability.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work independently and manage your workload.

Full UK Driving Licence.

FIA training, ECS/CSCS, IPAF or PASMA are advantageous.

What We Offer £32,000£38,000 salary.
