This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of their Salesforce platform. Youll be responsible for reviewing the current systems, defining best-practice architecture, and ensuring seamless adoption across the business. Key Responsibilities Lead the review and assessment of current Salesforce systems , identifying areas for optimisation and scalability. Design and implement robust Salesforce architecture aligned to business objectives. Champion and oversee Salesforce DevOps practices , ensuring smooth CI/CD pipelines and deployment governance. Produce clear and comprehensive technical documentation and design artefacts for internal and external stakeholders. Collaborate with developers, admins, product owners, and business stakeholders to ensure solutions are fit-for-purpose. Provide technical leadership and mentoring to Salesforce developers and administrators. Ensure compliance with data security, GDPR, and industry regulations. About You Proven experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect (ideally with Salesforce CTA or Architect certifications).
