We're growing - and we're looking for an experienced, commercially minded recruiter to join us as a Senior Consultant / Divisional Lead , taking ownership of an exciting new revenue stream within our business.

You'll be joining a business with existing infrastructure, an established brand, and the full backing of a supportive, founder-led team - giving you a strong platform to hit the ground running.
You'll work a 360 desk, developing and managing client relationships, growing your candidate network, and driving revenue in your market. As the division grows, so does your role - with a genuine, transparent pathway to senior leadership for the right person. We don't just say that; we mean it.
What You'll Be Doing
Developing and managing a portfolio of clients through proactive business development
Sourcing, engaging, and placing high-quality candidates
Building long-term relationships with both clients and candidates
Working closely with the senior leadership team to shape and grow your division
Taking on team leadership responsibilities as the desk scales
Who We're Looking For
Proven track record in recruitment - temp, perm, or both
Commercially driven - you know how to win business and keep it
A motivated self-starter who takes ownership and thrives with autonomy
Resilient and ambitious - you want more, and you go after it
Ready to step into a leadership position, not just talk about it

Basic salary up to £35,000 per annum depending on experience
